ABSTRACT SUBMITTED

NOTE:-  In the abstract submitted, note the remark at the end of the first paragraph:"In the Bohr model of the atom the discrete energy has been the result of demanding that the angular momentum is quantized, and not a derived result."The actuality of this situation is better described in the book "QUANTUM MECHANICS in Physics and Chemistry with Applications to Biology" by Rabi Majumdar, Second Edition, PHI Learning Private Limited, Delhi 110092, Copy Right 2015, PHI Learning Pvt Ltd.,ISBN-978-81-203-4882-0; On page 10 Sec.1.6:(last line after elucidating the logistics from wave-particle duality of electrons)-Quantum Conditions for Allowed Orbits:  It must be recognized that Neils Bohr used this condition as a historical postulate in his proposed model for atoms.

NCPS2017-JPP Special issue;Vol8-No.4-2017
On page JPP-67 find Abstract No108 of S. Aravamudhan

For the context of the materials below suggested reading includes the book authored by Dr.S.Aravamudhan:
Book-2-Project-6413-Scholars Press: Conference Presentaions of S Aravamudhan: A monograph of Papers
e-Flipbook of the book; "http://online.anyflip.com/ddoa/jydw/": The specific article is on Page 97 of this book
This article is included as E-Flipbook below the images
Dr. Aravamudhan's Presentations were based on contents at icetcs-cug2013
The particular illustration-a movie of GIF Construction set-is from the sub directory 0-1-Dipole-Moment
These movies are animated ones but made from the moleccular structure at successive iterative steps.

For disposition-1

For disposition-2

The Abstract No: IL25 of Rajan Patel on page-JPP14 of Special issue of JPP deals with weak interactions for which the video features above could be an illustration:
> The above materials are as per the descriptions in the article of the Conference proceedings ICETCS-2013, Find the e-flipbook of this article, below:

The final statement about
"-NH3+ is the acidic group and NOT -COOH" and
"Basic group is -COO-and not NH2"
became a point of contention at the end of presentation:
This only means comparitively NH3+ is a better proton releasing than -COOH and -COO is a better proton abstractor than NH2.
In free amino acids NH3+ is present only in highly acidic pH; -COO is present only in highly alkaline pH.
another point made in this context is in isolated state it is that non ionic form which is more stable than zwitter ion form.
If one starts optimizing certain abinitio methods zwiiter ion form changes over to stable nonionic form than otherway round.
Refer to pages 22 and 34 in the flip book above. Below is a GIF construction set movie and is not
simply animated version) made out of the successive coordinates in the geometric structure optimized ite rations.

GIF construction set image movie sequence consists of sequence of ststic images,
and the final image is explained with respect to structure editor artefact of stretched out bond in the movie.

This text below was inserted as  remark   on 12th Oct. 2018 at Shilolong    Jump to Page Hit Counter

During the presentation of the material as indicated in the Abstract pages above, Particularly the results obtained as reported in the presentation file QM-2-0e-2e-4e.ppt  there were queries raised regarding the facility of reduced water molecule as in page-3 (see table above) of Abstract with respect to AOP while the mechanisms till now at the TiO2 surfaces indicated that H2O Oxidation  (addition of holes) is the prominent route for reactive radical production. This requires an elaborate consideration of whether the determining step for efficiency of AOP is (a) the ease of oxidation as determined by the redox potential criterion or (b) at the surface "after the water has an electron added or an electron abstracted" the changes in water moleculare structure are more fascile by more electron present or less elactron present compared to uncharged H2O. It is the later part (that is factor-b) mostly addressed to in QM (Geometry Optimization of charged water clusters) calculations.
